Hawaii's suspension lift limit is determined by frame height and bumper height. Body lifts are limited to only 3 inches. In additional to allowing suspension lift kits and body lifts, aftermarket wheels and tires, performance shocks, aftermarket bumpers, and grille guards as also allowed.
