Montana Lift Laws and Vehicle Equipment Laws

Montana has some of the least restrictive street legal laws of any state. There are no suspension lift laws, frame height limits, or bumper height restrictions. This means that vehicles can legally be modified with suspension lift kits, aftermarket wheels and tires, performance shocks, aftermarket bumpers, and grille guards.
