Delaware Lift Laws and Vehicle Equipment Laws
Delaware's suspension lift limit is determined by frame height, which is in turn limited by a bumper height of 30 inches. Body lifts are limited to only 3 inches. Although somewhat restricted, residents of Delaware are allowed to install suspension lift kits, aftermarket wheels and tires, performance shocks, aftermarket bumpers, and grille guards.
